Why? Valentine’s Events!

Can you believe it’s February, CLE? Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and whether you’re celebrating with your honey or your friends, there are a lot of great events to add some sweetness to your day:

On February 9 from 6-9pm, the zoo isn’t for kids! The Cleveland Zoological Society is hosting a Valentine-themed fundraiser: Animal Attractions. Held in the sultry Rainforest at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, there will be up close animal encounters; delicious food from restaurants such as AMP 150, Fahrenheit, and Paladar Latin Kitchen; and an open bar and wine tastings. Tickets are $55 for zoo members and $65 for non-members. It’s a great way to get in the Valentine’s mood!

On February 13 at 6:30pm, Brick & Mortar Pop-Ups presents “Sweet Streets” with Cory Barrett. Chef Barrett is now executive chef at Lola and worked as a pastry chef for many years before. “Sweet Streets” is an all-dessert Valentine’s meal, featuring desserts themed on streets from around the world. You can check out the sinfully delicious menu and purchase tickets here. Sounds perfect for a date night or a girls’ night out!

On February 14, Touch Supper Club is putting on a 4-course “Champagne and Aphrodisiacs” Valentine’s dinner. All courses will use ingredients that are said to be aphrodisiacs. The cost is $70 per couple. Reservations are required.
