One of the things Cleveland chefs do best is come together for a good cause. From Locavore to Taste of the Browns (stay tuned) to the West Side Market Centennial Celebration (more info on that coming up soon, too), our chefs know how to put their considerable talents toward helping out worthy organizations.
A great example of this is Chefs Unbridled, presented by The Jim Thome Family.
Chefs Unbridled will combine the culinary magic of Jonathon Sawyer of The Greenhouse Tavern and Noodlecat, Chris Hodgson of Hodge’s, Jeff Jarrett of AMP 150, Scott Kuhn of Driftwood Restaurant Group, Nate Barker of The Welshfield Inn, and Matt Mytro of Flour for a seasonal tasting dinner at the Chagrin Valley Hunt Club Polo Field on Saturday, September 15.
As you wander under a beautifully decorated tent on the Polo Field grounds, you’ll sip cocktails, enjoy fabulous food from these creative chefs, and have the chance to bid on silent auction and raffle items. The Cleveland Jazz Orchestra will provide the musical atmosphere and there will also be horse-drawn carriage rides through Gates Mills, narrated by historic storyteller Dan Ruminski.
Sounds like an incredible evening, right? It gets better because proceeds from Chefs Unbridled benefit the Fieldstone Farm Therapeutic Riding Center. Filedstone Farm TRC serves over 800 students with disabilities, from preschoolers to veterans, and is one of the largest therapeutic riding centers in the country. Through Fieldstone Farm’s classes and programs, the students are able to form bonds and reach physical and emotional achievements.
Tickets for Chefs Unbridled are $125 and the RSVP deadline is September 1. For more information and to purchase tickets, click here. Or, until Friday, August 24, you can enter to win two tickets from Bite Buff. Hope to see you there for an evening of great food, great music, and great fun, all for a great cause!
***Disclosure: I was asked by the Fieldstone Farm Therapeutic Riding Center to help promote Chefs Unbridled. In exchange, I will receive 2 complimentary tickets to the event. As always, all opinions are 100% my own.***
