***A bit of blogkeeping: Congratulations to rn4atsm (Comment #6), randomly-selected winner of 2 tickets to the Cleveland Chef’s Gala! Please check your email and respond by the end of the day or a new winner will be chosen.***
One of the main tourist attractions in Cleveland, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, has a lot to offer Cleveland residents too. Even if you’ve been to the Rock Hall before, there’s a lot of new things going on there this summer to check out.
The Summer in the City Free Concert Series has two more performances on Wednesday, August 14 and Wednesday, August 28. Hear live music, grab food from local food trucks, and enjoy a summer evening in Cleveland.
The Rolling Stones: 50 Years of Satisfaction exhibit opened in May and houses unique personal and professional pieces from one of the most iconic bands in rock & roll. There are also gallery talks scheduled in the exhibit that are included with museum admission. Click here for a schedule.
The Museum is also offering $4 off adult admission for Cleveland residents this summer.
So, to help you rediscover one of Cleveland’s most recognizable places, you can enter to win 2 tickets to visit the Museum here! Here’s how to enter: you can do one, two, three, or all four entries, just leave a SEPARATE comment for each entry.
1. Leave a comment and tell me your favorite Rock & Roll Hall of Fame member artist.
2. If you like the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum and Why CLE? on Facebook, leave a comment letting me know you like both pages. If you don’t like these pages, you can like the Rock Hall here and Why CLE? here.
4. Tweet the following phrase and leave a comment letting me know you tweeted:
I live in the home of rock & roll and want to explore the @rock_hall thanks to @WhyCLE: http://wp.me/p1fb9r-1DJ
You can tweet once per day for additional entries, just leave a separate comment each time you tweet.
The giveaway will close on Sunday, August 11 at 11:59pm and the winner will be announced the following day. Good luck!
***Disclosure: I was asked by the Rock Hall to help promote its summer events. In exchange, I will receive 2 tickets to give away. As always, all opinions are 100% my own.***
