Imagine smooth jazz, carriage rides under the stars, and tasty food from some of Cleveland’s finest chefs. I’m talking about Chefs Unbridled, a unique and lovely evening to raise money for Fieldstone Farm Therapeutic Riding Center, happening Saturday, September 7 at the Chargin Valley Hunt Club Polo Field.

Chefs Unbridled features a tasting dinner prepared by Jim Blevins and Chris Hodgson of HODGES, Anna Harouvis of Anna in the Raw, Jeff Jarrett of AMP 150, Scott Kuhn of Driftwood Restaurant Group, Matt Mytro of Flour, Jonathon Sawyer of The Greenhouse Tavern and Noodlecat, and Ian Thompson of Radius, the public restaurant at South Franklin Circle retirement community.
The Cleveland Jazz Orchestra will provide entertainment and there will also be carriage rides through scenic Gates Mills, as well as auction items and food trucks with cupcakes and microbrews.
I attended this event last year and found it to be the perfect combination of elegance, deliciousness, and fun! Plus, all proceeds benefit Fieldstone Farm, which helps everyone from children to seniors with disabilities to learn, grow, and overcome through special relationships with horses. This video highlights some of the amazing things happening at Fieldstone Farm.

Wow, what a great event this sounds like. I choose Chefs Paul Minnillo and Matt Mytro of Flour to try. I have never been to flour, but heard great things.
I like you on FB, but had to send a friend request to the farm. I did not see a spot to “like”

I liked your FB page and I friend requested Fieldstone.
I’m retweeting the phrase you posted now.
And I’d love to try all the chefs but especially Chris Hodgson. After watching him on Food Network he seems so genuine.
This fundraiser hits close to home for us. My son has pretty severe autism and takes riding lessons at Fieldstone. They do an absolutely amazing job and he looks forward to seeing his buddy ‘Benny’ every Tuesday!
Thanks for this chance!
