There are a lot of fabulous food and wine events in Cleveland, but one that is always a standout is Chefs Unbridled to benefit Fieldstone Farm Therapeutic Riding Center. In fact, Chefs Unbridled won Currents’ 2014 Black Tie Award for being one of the best benefits in town!
The 5th annual Chefs Unbridled will take place on Saturday, September 19 from 7-9:30pm at the Chagrin Valley Hunt Club Polo Field. You can drink, dine, enjoy live music, bid on fabulous live and silent auction items (including a privately-catered dinner for 20 from Chris Hodgson and Scott Kuhn and a Phantom of the Opera experience at Playhouse Square), take a horse-drawn carriage ride, and grab nibbles and sips from cupcake and microbrew trucks.
The roster of talent for Chefs Unbridled is always impressive! This year there will be a private guest chef added to the list of substantial local talent: Chad Bolar from Pesto’s Pizza and Wine Bar in Chandler, Arizona. Also preparing delicious delights will be Chris Hodgson and Scott Kuhn from the Driftwood Restaurant Group, Walter Hyde and Jeff Jarrett from Hub 55, Doug Katz from Fire Food and Drink, Erik Martinez from Cibreo Italian Kitchen, Matt Mytro from Flour, John Owens Group from Market Rocky River and Market Wine Bar, Jennifer Plank from Toast, and Ian Thompson from Sanctuary.
Proceeds from this fabulous evening benefit Fieldstone Farm’s programs that connect children and adults with developmental disabilities, seniors, veterans, and bereaved with the therapeutic benefits of horses.
