Last year, I missed one of my favorite food and wine events and I honestly am already excited to get back to it this year. Chefs Unbridled, to benefit Fieldstone Farm Therapeutic Riding Center, is one of the most fabulous food events in a city that knows it’s way around a foodie party.
Held at the Chagrin Valley Hunt Club Polo Field on Saturday, September 16, you will enjoy delicious tastings from some of Cleveland’s finest chefs, cocktails, live music, horse-drawn carriage rides, and a wine pull and auction.
This year’s chefs represent a diverse line-up of styles who are sure to delight your tastebuds:

- William Burke of The Smith Restaurant
- Chris Hodgson and Scott Kuhn of The Driftwood Group
- Jimmy Linhart and Pablo Cesar Montiel of Lemon Falls Cafe
- Brittany Logan of Wine Bar Rocky River
- Michael Symon Restaurants featuring Mabel’s BBQ
- Matthew Mize of Abo’s Grill
- Matt Mytro of Flour Restaurant
- Robert Records of Cedar Creek Grille
- Roland Schlaf of Market Rocky River
New for 2017, you can also enjoy the artistry of Natasha Nagawiecki sponsored by Wahl Professional as she creates special scene on a horse during a live clipping demonstration.
Also new this year: A limited number of “Golden Tickets” are available to purchase for $100 each for a chance to win a five-course meal prepared exclusively by Chefs Kuhn and Hodgson.
The winning Golden Ticket includes wine, service and cleanup for 20 guests right in the winner’s home. To purchase your Golden Ticket (by September 14), contact Maureen Foster at mfoster@fieldstonefarmtrc.com or 440-708-0013 x123. Golden Tickets will not be sold at the event.
Chefs Unbridled is the primary fundraiser for Fieldstone Farm Therapeutic Riding Center, which serves people of all ages who face challenges such as PTSD, ADHD, injuries, and neurological disorders. Fieldstone Farm students work with the horses to overcome barriers and achieve goals. This is one of the largest centers of its kind in the country, serving more than 1,000 students each year.
