Every two years, members of the Cleveland culinary community, who are always so generous with their time and talent, come together in a truly special way, led by Cleveland’s most notable chef, Michael Symon.
The event is the Cleveland Autism Speaks Chef Gala, taking place on Saturday, July 28 at the Cleveland Museum of Art.
Chef Symon will be joined by Chef Alex Guaranschelli of Butter, NYC. The two famous chefs will prepare a demo dinner live in front of the guests of the Cleveland Autism Speaks Chef Gala. Guests will enjoy a plated meal of the chefs demo dinner and can even bid on the chance to be on stage with the chefs.
Before the seated dinner, guests will feast on small bites prepared by twenty of Cleveland’s top chefs, including Douglas Katz of fire food and drink and Provenance, Karen Small of Flying Fig, Jill Vedaa of Salt, Rocco Whalen of Fahrenheit, and more.
Proceeds from the evening benefit Autism Speaks, the world’s leading autism science and advocacy organization. Tickets are currently on sale for $250 each, which includes the tasting and the seated demo dinner. Click here to purchase tickets.
