Why? Art of Words Progressive Field Giveaway!

I love Cleveland Indians baseball! When I was in high school, I worked at the Team Shop at Jacob’s Field. Both the sport and the field hold so many great memories! And the Indians current home is celebrating its 25th anniversary this season and hosting the MLB All Star Game, so it’s a big year for our home field.

Which is why I just love the newest print from artist Daniel Duffy of Art of Words. This fine art print of Progressive Field incorporates the handwritten names of every Indians player in the history of the franchise, from 1901 to 2019.

That’s 1,875 names making up the picture of Progressive Field! Can you find your favorites? For me, I had to play the word search game to find Vizquel, Nagy, Baerga, Alomar, and Thome.

The Progressive Field print is currently on sale for $49.99 for a 16″x20″ unframed print and $209.99 for a print with double matte and frame.

Or you can enter to win an unframed Progressive Field print right here! Here’s how to enter (you can do one, two, three, four, or all five entries, just leave a separate comment here for each):

My favorite memory is going to a game with my dad’s Sunday school class. We sat right behind the away dugout and the pitcher rolled a ball up the dugout to me between innings!

    Two favorite memories!
    1. I though my water broke at the game, but turns out the cushion seat was leaking
    2. Then going back to a game on my due date because baby wasn’t coming!

My favorite memory is of a proposal that almost went wrong! The man in front of us was planning to propose by having a plane fly over the stadium with a “Will You Marry Me Message”…but the woman went to the restroom in between innings and was gone FOREVER!! He was freaking that she would miss it. She finally returned and two seconds later the plane flew over. That’s right up there with several walk-off homeruns I’ve seen.

  4. Whoa, this is SO cool. My favorite Jacobs Field memory is going to a baseball game with my uncle & grandpa the week after my dad died. They wanted to take me to do some “dad stuff,” & it was such a great day, spending time with them & feeling like I still had strong father figures in my life even without my dad around anymore – even though our seats were in the nosebleeds!

My favorite memory is my first Dollar Dog Night. I got way more than I should have (5), but ate them all because they were delicious and it was the best!

The contest end date is different on your Instagram (Thursday, May 23rd).

A favorite memory is taking my good friend from Australia to the 2013 Wild Card game against the Rays. We lost, but it was an awesome experience to share with him.
