If you’re a regular reader, you know that I can never pass up a dessert. I will seriously forego a salad to “save room” for a sweet treat. I make good life choices.
Urban Farmer’s pastry chef, Kara Swortchek, will lead the class in the art of creating and decorating pastries. All the pastries and breads served at Urban Farmer are made in-house, including the English muffins for the farm burger, the brioche French toast, and all the desserts.
Not only are all these delicious items made in-house, but they are made using all local ingredients, just like everything on Urban Farmer’s menu. This makes the pastries fresh, delicious, and irresistible! I’ve had some delicious dining and brunching experiences at Urban Farmer and can tell you firsthand that their commitment to local, fresh ingredients really does lead to a superior eating experience.
Who wouldn’t want to learn how to make these sorts of yummy treats for themselves? The pastry class will take place on Saturday, May 28 from 1-3:30pm. Cost to attend is $45 per person. To reserve your spot, contact Kathryn Bowhers at 440-730-4250 or firstname.lastname@example.org. It’s sure to be a sweet afternoon!
***Disclosure: I was asked to help promote the Urban Farmer pastry class. In exchange, I will receive complimentary admission for myself. As always, all opinions are 100% my own.***
