As Matthew’s and my anniversary is just around the corner, I find myself reminiscing about a lot of things, including our first date. After an obnoxiously long time chatting over coffee at La Place, we decided to walk through Art in the Village at Legacy Village. It was the perfect event to extend our time together, plus spark some more conversation (a painting of Florence started a talk about Matthew’s time abroad).
Which is why visiting the 27th annual Art in the Village with Craft Marketplace this coming June 3-4 is definitely on our weekend agenda! The show will feature over 100 artists with works from display art to jewelry to apparel to decor.
There will also be a full craft market featuring live plants, organic soaps, and delicious edibles. Art in the Village is put on by Howard Alan Events, which produces national art shows and ensures a wide array of mediums, artists, and price ranges. There will also be strolling music, a children’s art area, and lots of fun to be had.
Art in the Village is open Saturday, June 3 from 10am-8pm and Sunday, June 4 from 10am-6pm. Admission is free! Don’t miss this great event at Legacy Village. Maybe you’ll make a lifetime memory, just like we did seven years ago!
***Disclosure: I have an ongoing relationship with Legacy Village to promote their events. In exchange, I will receive compensation in the form of Legacy Village gift cards. As always, all opinions are 100% my own.***
