Why? Yours Truly!

Matthew and I are season ticket holders for this year’s KeyBank Broadway Series at Playhouse Square, which not only provides us with great entertainment, but also with regular date nights in an awesome Cleveland neighborhood.

Before we went to see Waitress last week, we stopped in at Yours Tuly in the Halle Building.

The bright, fun diner atmosphere was the perfect place to eat, especially before seeing a show set in a diner!

I got the mac ‘n cheese, which was dreamy deliciousness with the perfect balance of thickness and creaminess to the sauce.

Matthew went a healthier route, with “The Envelope,” with hummus, cheese, tomato, lettuce, and grilled chicken.

Yours Truly has award-winning hummus that is so tasty!

We couldn’t pass up a piece of pie (again, so appropriate before Waitress), which was absolutely yummy, with some of the lightest, butteriest crust I’ve tasted in ages!

With a wide variety of comforting foods, a full liquor, beer, and wine menu, and affordable prices, Yours Truly is a welcome addition to Playhouse Square and a great stop for a pre- or post-show meal!

I made reservations for next week after seeing your IG pics – can’t wait! Also, I noted the blog about your Flour dinner a few weeks back and finally went on Sunday. The lamb dish wasn’t on the Sunday dinner menu but I asked and they made it for me – SO DELICIOUS! Thanks for all the leg work you do to make my meal decisions so simple – ha! 🙂

  2. I LOVE Yours Truly, but Mike doesn’t, for whatever reason, so he’ll never go with me. Luckily, when I was in Hudson with my mom recently, she suggested we hit up the original! SO GOOD.

That mac and cheese looks delicious, not a fan of hummus but that salad also looks super yummy. I think we have one here in Mentor (if that’s the same chain) can’t remember if we’ve eaten there.

Usually when we go down to Cleveland we don’t eat out, unless it’s something small at the place where we are going. Most times we eat quick at cheap at home. :-/

We live a busy live here on the East Side but I’d like to start venturing out more. My husband once belonged to the Playhouse before I came along, he’d see shows all the time. He’s more into plays than I am but I LOVE the Cleveland atmosphere.

    Thanks for the update.
